About Delta Region SCCA & Membership
Serving New Orleans, Southeastern Louisiana, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1954.

Chartered in 1954
Delta Region was chartered in 1954 by the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA). Based in New Orleans, Delta Region covers Southeastern Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, maintaining an active community of around 400 motorsports and automotive enthusiasts.
The club and its events are managed and run entirely by an all-volunteer board of directors and event chiefs. Delta's mission is to provide affordable, safe access to motorsports activities for like-minded automotive enthusiasts.
We accomplish this by organizing frequent Solo Autocross events throughout the year. All of our events are insured, sanctioned by the SCCA, and open to any licensed driver whose vehicle meets basic safety and rollover requirements.
We use our Facebook Group as our primary hub for keeping in touch with members, answering car classification questions, sharing event photos, and posting schedule updates.
